No Refund Policy on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital eBook has been delivered to your email address, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately upon payment
You understand that digital products cannot be "returned"
You have read the product description and understand what you are purchasing

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following circumstances:

You were charged but never received your download link after 24 hours
You were charged twice for the same product
The file delivered was corrupted or unreadable

How to Request Support

If you believe you qualify for an exception or have an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of purchase at apextradingreal@gmail.com with your order details and we will resolve it promptly.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your access being revoked. We encourage you to reach out directly — we are always happy to help resolve any genuine issues.
